CATCH Project Version 0.0.5 - Angular and ng-grid

Using Open Annotation format data from Harvard's Highbrow system, this version implements flat grid layout using Angular.js and ng-grid. The goal is to experiment and assess applicability of ng-grid for the OA data format.
